Bridgeton Partners Announces Partnership with SEEF Foundation to Empower Underprivileged High School Students

Bridgeton Partners, a leading Firm engaging in the business of general legal practice and consultancy, is proud to announce its partnership with SEEF , a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged high school students. This collaboration aims to provide sponsorship opportunities for 31 students from the alma mater of Bridgeton Partner’s Managing Partner, Stefan Ewubare.

Through this partnership, Bridgeton Partners and SEEF will work together to support and uplift deserving students who face financial barriers to education. The sponsorship program will enable these talented individuals to access quality education, mentorship, and various resources to enhance their academic and personal development.

Stefan Ewubare is a Managing Partner and Head of the Real Estate, Corporate Law, and Commercial Transactions practice at Bridgeton Partners, an elite law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. With over three decades of legal experience, he is a seasoned and accomplished attorney highly regarded for his expertise in complex commercial transactions and corporate matters.

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992, Stefan commenced his legal career as a Legal Officer at Union Bank of Nigeria in Marina, Lagos, honing his skills in the banking sector. He then transitioned to private practice, working as a Junior Associate at the esteemed firm of TJ Thompson & Associates in Lagos, further expanding his knowledge and capabilities.

Seeking broader horizons, Stefan relocated to the United States in 1997, where he had the opportunity to work as a staff attorney and contract attorney at several renowned international law firms like Dechert LLP, Latham & Watkins, and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison during which time he gained invaluable experience in high-profile commercial transactions, corporate law, and cross-border deals which significantly enhancing his global perspective and capabilities.
